Featured Etsy Blogger for November
This months featured Etsy Blogger is Becky of Becky Kazana.
In Becky's shop you will find a mix of adorable creations.
This Pachyderm Birthday Card is made from a reproduction of Becky's original artwork.
There are paper garlands like this Here's To Us Celebration Banner.
The highlight of Becky's shop has to be her pipe cleaner ornaments. They have hand painted faces and handmade clothing. Lena the Burlesque Pipette is my favorite.
Be sure to check out Becky's vintage shop,The Fab Miss B.

Check Your Pockets
This is a public service announcement to check your pockets before you throw your clothes in the washer and dryer.
This is what a penny looks like when it gets caught in a dryer motor.
The motor looks the same, but no longer works. Fortunately my husband is very handy and was able to remove the motor. The appliance store wanted $200 for a new motor. YIKES! Not in our budget right now. After a little searching he found a used one on Ebay for $10. Yes, that's right $10. We figured that we really had nothing to lose and bought the motor. My husband put it in and it has been working perfectly for over a week now. I figure that even if it only works for a couple of months we still got our money's worth.
All in all, it still would have been easier if the penny had not been in somebody's pocket to begin with.
